Graeme & Melissa will present the fundamentals of design, how to develop ideas to embellish and personalize your turnings, wood selection / preparation, tool selection, sharpening and safety. They will include a range of surface embellishment techniques, rotary carving, woodburning and tip making. They will also cover the application of acrylic/milk paints, paste waxes and finishing techniques.
