In this workshop, we will learn how to turn a truly miniature teapot (approx. 1?). The project will include turning technique, including the use of a French bedan, and hollowing of the teapot with miniature hollowing tools. We will then turn the lid and the spout and share how to color using Indian ink and gilding wax to create a Damascus steel effect. LEVEL: something for everybody

Holiday Party at Hillcrest Park Lodge!
This will be a potluck Holiday Party with the club providing the turkey and ham. Please bring your favorite appetizer, dessert and/or side dish(es) to share.
We will have a Bucket Raffle, where folks have donated cool things for you to put some of your raffle tickets in to hopefully be the lucky winner.
