The event calendar shows upcoming club events. Select a view then use the navigation buttons to move
between dates. Click on the event to view more information, including the event description, times,
location, fees and any rules regarding attendance; you can also register for events from this screen.
Click on the magnifying glass on the toolbar to see search and filter options.

This evening meeting will feature Eric Lofstrom demonstrating “The Art of Sharpening – Woodturning Tools You Can Shave With!”
Member Gallery: Members are encouraged to bring their woodturning creations to the monthly meeting where they will be photographed and you will receive a free wood raffle ticket. The photos are posted on our website and often included in the Newsletter.
Tool Raffle: A great way to pick up a new tool at a fraction of the cost if you‘re the lucky raffle winner!
Wood Raffle: There is always a good selection of quality turning wood donated by Club members.
Turning an End Grain Box – In this session, you will learn the basic skills Eric uses to create functional but artistic boxes using small end grain pieces of wood.
Turning A Viking Gnome: Creating a Character – Using basic spindle turning tools, this session focuses on spindle grain turning to create a small, character-filled Viking gnome.
Our club will be demonstrating top turning and giving away tops to youth at the Annual Youth Arts Festival in Mount Vernon.
Come out and bring some delight by turning tops for our youth (of all ages).
